Kenya Health Alliance (KHA) operates a network of community health programs across 15 rural clinics in central Kenya. With limited infrastructure and diverse teams spread across remote locations, coordinating mobile health clinics, tracking patient outreach, and managing medical supply distribution was a constant challenge.
