Tanzania Clean Water Initiative (TCWI) manages complex infrastructure projects to bring clean water to remote communities. Drilling 50 water wells across scattered villages requires coordinating site assessments, multiple contractors, equipment suppliers, community engagement, and ongoing maintenance—all with limited communication infrastructure.
The Challenge
With projects spanning hundreds of kilometers, TCWI faced constant coordination challenges. Contractors would arrive at sites without proper equipment, community leaders weren't informed of project timelines, and supply deliveries were frequently delayed. The organization had no centralized way to track which wells were in what stage of development, leading to inefficient resource allocation.
The Solution
