Women Now TZ is a women-led organization based in Dar es Salaam working across four interconnected areas: economic empowerment, healthcare access, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), and social justice advocacy. The organization runs community programs, trains women entrepreneurs, supports healthcare navigation, and advocates for policy change at the local and national level.
The Challenge
Coordinating programs across four distinct thematic areas; each with its own team, community groups, and reporting requirements; meant that leadership had a fragmented picture of the organization's work. Facilitators in different programs were duplicating outreach to the same communities, training schedules conflicted, and donor reports required weeks of manual consolidation from separate spreadsheets.
The Solution
Women Now TZ adopted TaskMate to create a unified operational view across all four program areas, enabling facilitators to coordinate community engagements, share outreach schedules, and feed into a single reporting system.
